 "Hi, my name is Jackie Hay, and I am the Youth and Community Involvement Coordinator at High Peak Community Housing.  HPCH works extremelly hard in the community to engage with young people.  We have lots of opportunities to get involved with us.  We have the following groups that are active in the area, if you would like to get involved click on contact us, or call 0845 129 8075.

The Glossopdale Young Women's group meet on Wednesdays from 1-3pm at the Gamesley Community Centre, if your aged 16-25 why not join them?  This group is all about building confidence, making new friends and having a voice in the community.

The New Mills Young Women's Group meet on Thursdays from 1-3pm at the Revival Church in New Mills.  The group is a friendly and welcoming place to start meeting new friends, learning new skills and developing your confidence.

The Pride of Whitfield are a group of young people from the Whitfield area in Glossop, a group supported by HPCH and Derbyshire County Council.  The group formed to bring all ages of the community together, and to raise funds for a ball court area on the recreation ground in Whitfield.  This group is still campaigning hard for local issues, why not get involved?
