High Peak Community Housing have negotiated a Contents Insurance Scheme with Royal & Sun Alliance insurance plc. Tenants now have the chance to insure the contents of their homes in an easy and affordable way, there is no need for a bank account and premiums are payable weekly, monthly and annually. 

 

There is also the option to extend your cover to include Accidental Damage, personal Belongings, Hearing Aids and Wheelchairs.

Did you know that within the standard insuarance cover on HPCH's Tenants Contents Insurance Scheme, mobile phones are covered within the insured property for the following:

• Theft
• Fire

If you have chosen the Accidental Damage extension on your policy you will be covered:

• If your mobile phone is accidentally damaged whilst in your home

However, if you have chosen the Personal Possesions extension on your policy you will be covered for the following:

• Loss, damage or theft whilst in the British Isles and temporarily elsewhere in Europe upto a maximum of 14 days.
