We have over 15 years of valuable experience of providing an alarm call monitoring and response service within the High Peak.
The professional service that we provide, has achieved level 3 Telecare Services Association Accreditation, and provides a friendly, professional service accoss the High Peak.

We offer an extremely flexible service, and can offer monitoring, local response, lone worker monitoring and a range of additional services, known as Care Link Plus.

Our staff are professional, friendly, polite and can handle emergency situations with a calm and reassuring manner.  During the last 15 years, we have worked in the local community, enabling many elderly, disabled and vulnerable people to retain their independance in the comfort of their own home - our service is available to people who live in sheltered accommodation and to people living in their own home.

We can install our alarm equipment at any home that has a telephone line with a nearby power socket.  We will give you a pendant, which is very light and will work from anywhere in your home or garden, simply press the button for care and support 24 hours a day.
