At High Peak Community Housing we have a wealth of professional and local knowledge, experience and skill in managing rented accommodation.
We were set up in March 2004 to manage, maintain and improve over 4,000 homes owned by High Peak Borough Council.
In January 2005 we were awarded 2 Stars and Excellent Prospects for improvement in our Audit Commission inspection.
We are currently providing tenancy management and repairs services for other housing providers, including both registered social landlords and private landlords.
