To provide effective services we rely on good working relationships with contractors and suppliers. Contractors are mainly involved in working with us to deliver our Better Homes Programme, and will usually be in the construction industry, covering builders, plumbers, electricians and specialist contractors.

Working with us as a Contractor
We have contracts with a number of companies, both large and small. To find out about future contracts coming up for tender, email mike.coppock@hpch.co.uk or fill in the Contractor Application form. We have a list of approved contractors. These companies have demonstrated that they meet our essential criteria, in terms of financial standing, health and safety, environmental performance, etc.
