High Peak Community Housing was set up in March 2004 by High Peak Borough Council to manage its housing stock.
We have 160 staff and our staffing structure mirrors the work we do. The Chief Executive and Head of Operations form the Executive Team.
Our Board of Management is made up of five tenants, five Borough councillors and five independent members. The Board meets monthly and takes decisions on all aspects of the business.
The Tenant and Leaseholder Forum meets every other month and is made up of tenants elected from three Area Panels, a Leaseholder and representatives from recognised Residents Associations. This Forum considers all strategies, plans and policies before they are put to the Board for approval.
Our aims, values and plans are set out in our Business Plan, which is updated annually, with input from our customers, staff, board members and key stakeholders.
